Terms of Service

Last updated: April 22, 2026

These Terms govern your use of PipeWarden, operated by FinSavvy AI Ltd ("we"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

PipeWarden provides CI/CD pipeline security scanning. The core product is open source (MIT license) at github.com/finsavvyai/pipewarden. These Terms apply to the hosted version at pipewarden.com.

2. Your Account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

4. Billing

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all pipeline data and credentials you provide. We do not claim any rights to your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is processed.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. Enterprise plans include SLA terms communicated separately. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is." We make no warranty that it will catch every security issue. PipeWarden is one layer of your security posture, not a replacement for security engineering judgment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email or via a notice on the dashboard at least 14 days before material changes take effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv.
